Personal Experience with Kayali Vanilla 28
I went into Sephora yet again to smell the perfumes, after seeing this fragrance all over Tiktok I ran over to try it. Surprisingly I was let down as I smelt it on the card, I sprayed it on the wrist and was disappointed at the top notes. I exited the store with nothing in the bag and a happy bank.
I got a whiff of something delicious and sweet, I went to smell my wrist after confusingly smelling this delightful scent for the last 15 minutes. In pure shock, my wrist was left smelling warm, sweet and intoxicating. I was addicted to the scent and couldn’t stop myself from smelling my wrist that entire evening.
Of course, I was unfortunately way too far to turn back to Sephora (as much as I wanted to) and for the next 3 months, it was SOLD OUT! As soon as I saw it back on the shelve I immediately bought it but unfortunately they only had the 5ml rollerball option available. This became my signature scent from that point forward and remains my signature scent to this day.
Pricing
This perfume is priced quite high compared to others. As a result of the high-quality ingredients we do get a long-lasting powerful product but of course, as a result of this we have to expect we would be charged more.

Huda Beauty sells Kayali Vanilla 28 at a lower cost. However, to be completely transparent I have to mention that Huda Beauty’s price does not take into consideration of the shipping fees and importing fees etc as Huda Beauty does not have as many franchise branches as Sephora. Huda Beauty does host many campaigns and promos so I recommend you keep your eyes out for those!
This has become my go to perfume and it’s really nice to mix/layer with the Vanilla Oud perfume as well. It’s the perfect combination of woody, spicy, sugary perfume. Definitely a must have and the vanilla is not overpowering.
